This role offers a hybrid work schedule. Core responsibilities include conducting phone triage, processing medication refills, communicating laboratory results to patients, completing prior authorizations, and assisting with appointment scheduling. Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience
Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO))
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
Pediatric experience preferred
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies

Responsibilities
