Registered Nurse - Psychiatric Medical Adult Unit
About The Position
Trinity Health- Grand Rapids Psychiatric Med Unit is a unit for general medical patients who have a co-existing Behavioral Health diagnosis. This unit is part of a Magnet designated facility with active shared decision making councils, continuously striving to improve outcomes and provide exceptional experiences for patients, staff, and the community. The Registered Nurse - RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. The RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- Licensed in the State of Michigan
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association
- Experience as an RN required
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
Responsibilities
