Be the Difference When Someone Needs It Most. Not every healing journey is physical. At Deaconess Cross Pointe, nurses care for individuals experiencing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Whether facing a mental health crisis, substance use disorder, emotional distress, or thoughts of self-harm, our patients come to us seeking safety, support, and hope. As a Psychiatric RN, you'll play a critical role in helping them find it. This 58-bed behavioral health facility cares for both adolescents and adults in a collaborative environment where nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists, and providers work together toward a shared goal: helping patients move toward recovery. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, provide encouragement, and remind someone of their worth during a time when they may struggle to see it themselves. What makes psychiatric nursing unique is the impact. Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
