Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Clinical Team Manager (BSN) with Homecare experience for the New Haven Branch. This is a Full Time position with lots of benefits. The mission is to keep clients home where they most want to be! The role is operationally focused and results-driven, with a focus on improving clinical outcomes and implementing QAPI programs. The Clinical Team Manager shapes the future of healthcare by developing an amazing team of compassionate and dedicated healthcare providers. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of active experience as a RN
• 1 year of experience in the home care industry
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
