Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN License
- BCLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
- ACLS & PALS certification (required within 6 months)
Responsibilities
- Implement the nursing process for assigned patients, ensuring care aligns with Kentucky Nursing Laws and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with a diverse, inter-professional team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Lead by example and contribute to continuous professional development and shared governance.
