This Registered Nurse PRN position at the Center for Women's Health in Pleasant View will apply the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. The role involves effectively communicating pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team, collaborating in establishing patient goals, and evaluating progress to ensure effective outcomes. The position also requires furthering professional growth through learning activities as per Board of Nursing standards.
