Join our Ernst Primary Care Clinic, where you’ll collaborate closely with providers and care teams to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered outpatient care. This full‑time, day‑shift RN position offers flexible scheduling with either five 8‑hour shifts (8:00a–4:30p) or four 10‑hour shifts (7:00a–5:30p) within clinic hours of 7:00a–5:00p, Monday–Friday. As a Pod RN, you’ll support 2–3 providers within a collaborative team of 11 providers, offering predictable hours, strong team support, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long‑term patient relationships.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience.
Associates of Nursing (ASN).
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval).
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with providers and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care.
Support 2-3 providers within a collaborative team of 11 providers.
Assess patients without face-to-face interaction (may be required).
Understand the legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
