Join our Ernst Primary Care Clinic, where you’ll collaborate closely with providers and care teams to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered outpatient care. This full‑time, day‑shift RN position offers flexible scheduling with either five 8‑hour shifts (8:00a–4:30p) or four 10‑hour shifts (7:00a–5:30p) within clinic hours of 7:00a–5:00p, Monday–Friday. As a Pod RN, you’ll support 2–3 providers within a collaborative team of 11 providers, offering predictable hours, strong team support, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long‑term patient relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. (Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer).
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
