About The Position

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to join a collaborative and patient-focused primary care team in Muncie, Indiana. Supporting a unique practice that combines Family Medicine Obstetrics (FMOB) and Internal Medicine under one roof, you will play a key role in providing care coordination, chronic disease management, patient education, medication management, referral coordination, care gap closure, and post-hospitalization follow-up for patients across the lifespan, including infants, obstetric patients, families, and adults. Working alongside 10 providers, 2 dedicated triage nurses, and 11 clinical support staff, you will help drive continuity of care and positive patient outcomes in a busy and rewarding ambulatory setting. This full-time day shift position offers a consistent schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., no travel requirements, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a highly supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
