Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Interventional Procedure Department, supporting pre- and post-procedure needs in an outpatient setting. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using the nursing process. Prepares patients for procedures and provides post-procedure recovery care. Administers medications, IVs, and treatments safely and in accordance with policy. Monitors patient status, performs assessments, and communicates changes promptly. Assists with procedures across Cath, EP, IR, and Neuro services. Educates patients and families to promote understanding and comfort. Collaborates with physicians and care teams to coordinate follow-up care. Maintains accurate documentation and ensures a clean, organized care environment. Responds quickly to patient needs and emergency situations.
