PreOp/PACU RN - Night Shift $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus $6/hr. Night Shift Differential Relocation & Housing Assistance Available Join a high‑performing surgical team in the heart of the Vail Valley! We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced Preop/PACU RN to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, fast‑paced ambulatory surgery center—without the burnout of a traditional hospital setting.
Requirements
- 1+ year of RN clinical experience
- Active Colorado or Compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, individualized nursing care for pre‑op and PACU patients
- Triage patient needs and support care coordination
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures
- Educate patients and families using Relationship‑Based Care
- Collaborate with providers, Vail Health, and care teams
- Work independently while delivering excellent service and patient advocacy
