About The Position
This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Pre-Operative Unit at Northside Hospital in Canton, GA. The contract duration is 16 weeks, with a schedule of 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours. The shift time varies between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM. The hospital requires travelers to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve). Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Pre-Op/Pre-Operative RN experience required
- AHA BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- NIH certification required
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the Pre-Operative Unit.
- Administer care according to hospital requirements, including holiday work.
- Work 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours.
