This position is responsible for assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current RN license (unencumbered)
- Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in perioperative settings
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes during recovery
- Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members and patients
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety protocols
- Support patient education and post-op instructions
