About The Position
This is a Pool RN II B position in Critical Care Nursing at Munson Healthcare. The Critical Care Pool will cover ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery, and the Emergency Department. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum 1 year previous Critical Care experience required.

Responsibilities
- Covering ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery, and Emergency Department as part of the Critical Care Pool.
- Providing critical care nursing.
- Transitioning to new roles with the help of multidisciplinary teams.
- Rotating through different units to ensure competency in each area.
- Utilizing independency and critical thinking skills.
