About The Position

Senior Helpers of Lawrenceville is looking for a Registered Nurse seeking to help us keep our amazing clients safe and healthy. This role involves planning care needs with clients, engaging and training CNAs and caregivers on non-medical care plans, and client advocacy. The position requires performing face-to-face initial and ongoing Nurse Assessments per state license requirements and/or for Long-Term Care Insurance Assessments. These assessments include obtaining client demographics, physician information, a complete list of medications, and evaluating ADL and IADL needs. Responsibilities also include creating client care plans, completing quality visits, training caregivers, following up with clients to ensure care plans are met, and periodic checks on caregivers at the client's home to ensure adherence to the care plan and safe performance of duties.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to create care plans with client feedback
• Comfortable working on computer

Responsibilities
