As a Pediatric RN, you'll enjoy meaningful patient relationships, a healthy work-life balance, and a consistent schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with only one weekend day per month and one holiday per year.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience.
- Associates of Nursing (ASN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval).
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
