As a Pediatric RN, you'll enjoy meaningful patient relationships, a healthy work-life balance, and a consistent schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with only one weekend day per month and one holiday per year.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience.
An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities
