About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Oncology department at an Ascension Medical Group clinic in Indianapolis, IN. The position is full-time, with day shifts. The nurse will implement and monitor patient care plans, monitor and record patient conditions, serve as a primary coordinator for patient care across disciplines, note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
