About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the home setting, making a difference in the lives of patients and their families. This role involves focusing on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care. The position requires ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordination of care. Nurses will also educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for the patient.

Requirements

• Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the home setting.
• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
