This is a full time night shift position. Our 12-bed Pediatric CVICU features advanced monitoring and treatment technologies, and is staffed by congenital cardiologists, cardiothoratsurgeons, critical care physicians, hospitalists and critical care nurses. Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred
- 1-2 years Telemetry Experience
- Hospital Experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
- Conscious Sedation Certification Preferred
- Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to pediatric population utilizing all aspects of the nursing process.
- Administer medications per hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with others.
