About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the PCU reports to the Director of PCU and/or designated supervisors and charge nurses. This role involves assessments, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation for adult and geriatric patients, with overall responsibility for patient nursing care and maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year PCU/step down experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• CCRN encouraged

Responsibilities
