About The Position

Our Boone Patient Care Unit is currently looking for a registered nurse for day shift. AMOREM, a dedicated, community-based, non-profit hospice organization needs compassionate and dedicated individuals to join its mission to deliver exceptional end-of-life care to its patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license (ADN, BSN, or MSN)
• CPR certification (current and valid)
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Willingness to grow and take on new challenges

Nice To Haves

• Hospice and palliative care experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Devote more time to quality end-of-life bedside care
• Leverage technology to improve quality of care
• Provide education to patients and families
• Maximize hospice medical skills
• Collaborate on individualized plans of care with dynamic interdisciplinary team
• Approach patients and families holistically
