About The Position
As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care. The facility is a 99-bed facility with more than 500 physicians on its medical staff who practice a full range of specialties. In addition to its modern facility and high-tech equipment, there is a dedicated team of physicians and staff who go above and beyond to provide the highest quality medical care to every patient who comes through its door. The team is engaged and works together to provide quality care in a supportive, team environment with outstanding opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- RN (Registered Nurse) – Required upon hire
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) – Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterly
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required within 90 days of hire
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Required within 90 days of hire
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
