About The Position

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This role provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The RN assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, delivers treatments, and supports patients and families with education and compassionate service. The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress, make clinical adjustments, and advocate for the best patient outcomes, ensuring safety and adherence to evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• ADN required
• VA or compact state license in good standing
• Minimum of 2-years acute or critical care experience
• ICU/CCU or PACU experience

Nice To Haves

• BSN or higher preferred
