Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU/PAT
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to post-operative patients. This role is crucial to the patient experience within the 33-bed unit. Requirements
- One year(s) of recent PACU/PAT Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- ACLS
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Caring for a post-op/PACU patient population.
- Participating in the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
