About The Position
The Registered Nurse Outpatient delivers high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to pediatric patients and their families within the outpatient clinic setting. - BLS

Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis/issues
- Identifies expected outcomes and develops a plan that prescribes strategies which address health promotion and restoration, health maintenance, or health related problems or issues and alternatives to attain expected outcomes
- Implements the identified plan and coordinates care delivery
- Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment
- Utilizes current resources related to standards of care, policies and procedures, and patient needs
