Join our growing Outpatient Urology team. The RN will become cross-trained across clinic operations and telephone triage functions, building a strong foundation in comprehensive urology care. This position will transition to hybrid work following the completion of training, allowing team members to work both remotely and onsite.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Associates of Nursing (ASN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval).
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train across clinic operations and telephone triage functions.
• Build a strong foundation in comprehensive urology care.
• Assess patients without face-to-face interaction (may require).
• Understand legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
