Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus (available through 9/30/2026). This position is also referral eligible. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This position will transition to hybrid work following the completion of training, allowing team members to work both remotely and onsite. Join our growing Outpatient Urology team. The RN will become cross-trained across clinic operations and telephone triage functions, building a strong foundation in comprehensive urology care.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience
• Associates of Nursing (ASN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (or >2 years relevant clinical experience subject to CNO approval)
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies

Responsibilities

• Cross-train across clinic operations
• Perform telephone triage functions
• Build a strong foundation in comprehensive urology care
• Assess patients without face-to-face interaction (may require)
• Understand legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
