We are seeking a RN to join our Community Medicine Neurology clinic located at 13100 E 136th Street, Suite 3300, Fishers, IN 46037. The role is primarily onsite; however, after completing training, the RN may work remotely one day per week. Key responsibilities include triaging incoming phone calls and portal messages, managing patient symptoms, handling prescription requests, processing forms, and providing general clinical support for multiple providers. Additional duties involve assisting with training medical assistants, managing nurse visit schedules for injections and blood pressure checks, and educating patients on self-administering medications at home. This position does not require travel to other sites.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience
• Associates of Nursing (ASN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction

• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
