Join our Riley Pediatric Pulmonary team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of pediatric patients and their families. This collaborative and patient-focused clinic offers a positive work environment with flexible scheduling. In clinic, the RN will support pulmonary patients by providing asthma education, breathing treatments, flu vaccinations and asthma action plan review. The RN will also be responsible for phone triage which includes sick calls, medication refills, prior authorizations, and lab result review. Pediatric experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
  • Pediatric experience
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
