About The Position

We are seeking an RN to support our fast-paced Urology clinic located at 11725 North Illinois Street, Suite 558, Carmel, IN. Responsibilities include being cross-trained to provide triage support and assisting with in-clinic procedures such as cystoscopies, Botox injections, BCG treatments, and other urological procedures. Prior urology experience preferred. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. This position has potential to become hybrid following training, allowing work between home and the office. No weekends! No Holidays!

Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies

Nice To Haves

Prior urology experience preferred
Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred
Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies

Responsibilities

Cross-trained to provide triage support
Assisting with in-clinic procedures such as cystoscopies, Botox injections, BCG treatments, and other urological procedures
Performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area
Coordinating a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
