About The Position

Part and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus. This hybrid outpatient RN role supports both IU Methodist and IU North clinics, working four 10-hour shifts Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays required. The position primarily focuses on triage nursing while also assisting with in-clinic allergy testing. The RN will rotate between the two clinic locations and play a key role in supporting a new and growing department. Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
