About The Position

Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus (available through 9/30/2026). This position is also referral eligible. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This is a full-time, day shift position. No Weekends! No Holidays! No call! Join our large, dynamic Orthopedic Clinic, supporting a high‑volume practice comprised of 9 orthopedic surgeons, 7 sports medicine physicians, and 15 advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs). RNs play a key role in delivering coordinated, patient‑focused care in a fast‑paced environment, managing high call volumes while collaborating with a highly specialized, team‑oriented staff. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who thrive on variety, teamwork, and expanding their orthopedic expertise in a well‑established practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Associates of Nursing (ASN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for those with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval).
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
