Join our large, dynamic Orthopedic Clinic, supporting a high‑volume practice comprised of 9 orthopedic surgeons, 7 sports medicine physicians, and 15 advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs). RNs play a key role in delivering coordinated, patient‑focused care in a fast‑paced environment, managing high call volumes while collaborating with a highly specialized, team‑oriented staff. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who thrive on variety, teamwork, and expanding their orthopedic expertise in a well‑established practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Associates of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. (Candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer).
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
