We are currently looking for RNs or LPNs to our healthcare team, with part-time hours available on 3rd shift (11pm to 7:30am). Some holidays are required.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Valid nursing license in Iowa.
  • Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

  • Providing nursing care to residents whose care requires professional skills and coordination with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists.
  • Performing specialized nursing care procedures including, but not limited to, intravenous therapy and medications, suctioning, tracheostomy care, tube feedings, insertion/care of catheters.
  • Observing, assessing, and recording residents’ progress and keeping physicians informed of any significant changes.
  • Planning with and directing other nursing personnel in providing daily cares to residents, and holding staff accountable to policies, procedures, and approved care techniques.
