About The Position

Park Nicollet is seeking an RN Supervisor to join their Urogynecology/Gynecologic Oncology team. This role involves supervising the daily operations of Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology clinics across three locations. The supervisor will ensure goals and objectives are met through planning, implementing, and directing programs, procedures, systems, and support personnel. The position requires a systematic approach to nursing practice, including assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, professional standards, and Park Nicollet policy.

Requirements

Graduate from a course of study in nursing resulting in an associate degree, diploma or baccalaureate degree.
At least one year related supervisory or three years related non-supervisory experience required.
Current state Registered Nursing License required.
BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
At least one year of leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership in a clinic setting strongly preferred.
Preferred experience in Urogynecology and/or Gynecologic Oncology.
Experience with Urology, Hematology, Oncology, or OBGYN also helpful.

Responsibilities

Provides supervision of the daily operation of Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology clinics at three locations requiring registered nursing expertise.
Assures goals and objectives are obtained through the planning, implementing, and directing of programs, procedures, systems and support personnel.
Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet policy.
