About The Position

Deliver professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures. Select and handle the necessary instruments and supplies for various procedures. Monitor, record, and communicate patient status while managing overall care before, during, and after procedures. Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for clinical use.

Requirements

• Advanced Life Support certification obtained within 6 months (180 days) of hire or job transfer; American Heart Association or American Red Cross certification accepted.
• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire or job transfer; American Heart Association or American Red Cross certification accepted.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained before hire or job transfer, or a current home-state license if considered a multi-state/Compact State.
• Diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing, or required professional licensure at the time of hire.
