About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience. The role requires availability for 10-hour day shifts, including variable call and must be available to work on Christmas Day. The primary focus of the role will be in orthopedics, including Total Joints, Fractures (Ankle/Hip), Gyn, Robotic, Urology, General, ENT, and Ortho Spine. The traveler must be competent in all these areas. No block scheduling will be accommodated. Pre-screening with the hiring manager will be conducted, followed by a direct interview and offer. A 200-mile radius rule applies. All requests for time off (RTO) or schedule requests must be submitted at the time of application, as the facility will not approve them post-submission. All demographic information, including Address, email, Full DOB, SSN, and full name, must be loaded at the time of submittal for consideration.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system.
• Prior travel experience required.
• Competency in ortho, Total Joints, Fractures Ankle/Hip, Gyn, Robotic, Urology, General, ENT, Ortho Spine.
• Must be available to work Christmas Day.
• Must be available for 10-hour day shifts with variable call.
• All RTO or schedule requests must be on submission.
• All demographic information (Address, email, Full DOB, SSN, and full name) must be loaded at time of submittal.

• PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Assist with orthopedic procedures including Total Joints, Fractures (Ankle/Hip).

• Be competent in all listed surgical specialties.
• Adhere to a 10-hour day shift schedule with variable call.
