About The Position
A leading healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse to join their surgical team. The RN will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative process.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Texas
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association – AHA)
- Experience in the following procedures: General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Orthopedic, Urology, Vascular, Robotics (including Mako Robotics), Total Joint Replacements

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide patient-centered care
- Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Prepare and assist during surgical procedures
- Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient assessments
- Assist with examinations, treatments, and surgical interventions
- Provide patient and family education as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and OR protocols
