Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Oncology Department. This is a PRN II position working nights (7P-7A) as needed, requiring at least 3 shifts per 6-week schedule with occasional weekend and holiday requirements. The department is a fast-paced, high-volume Oncology Department (35 beds) where patients are admitted for multiple diseases such as Leukemia, Sepsis, Lymphoma, Melanoma, Breast, Kidney/Pancreatic Cancers, pain management, and med/surg overflow. This is a mixed acuity unit, offering opportunities to build skills caring for higher acuity PCU patients with a lower patient ratio. The department offers self-scheduling, opportunities for educational and career growth, a robust Unit Based Council (UBC), and an engaged leadership team.
