About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a specialization in Oncology. The role requires a CA RN License and specific certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ONS/ONCC. An OCN certification is preferred. A mandatory FLU VACCINE is required with no exemptions or declinations allowed. Experience with EPIC is a special requirement for this position.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- At least 1 year of experience in Oncology (5 years preferred)
- Active CA RN License
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- ONS/ONCC certification
- Proficiency in EPIC
- Must have FLU VACCINE (no exemptions/no declinations)
- Active license at time of submission (pending licenses are not accepted)
Nice To Haves
- 5 years of Oncology experience
- OCN certification
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to oncology patients.
- Administer treatments and medications.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Float to other units as needed.
