Registered Nurse - Oncology (Nursing)
About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology at the NHC Cancer Center - Oncology RNNS Radiation Oncology in Cherokee, GA. The schedule varies, with shifts from 7 am to 5 pm. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty and hold a current AHA BLS certification. This role also has specific holiday work expectations, requiring the nurse to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) of the three listed. Compliance with all requirements, including badge photo, is due by Wednesday prior to the Monday start date.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Oncology nursing.
- Required AHA BLS certification.
- Compliance with all stated requirements.
- Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
Responsibilities
