About The Position

Position / Specialty: Pediatric Oncology/Infusion Clinic RN. Shift: Will work 5x8hr days 8a-4:30pm. Weekend REQ: No. Is on-call REQ? No. Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes. Will float between 2 departments, based on needs. Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years. First-timers accepted: No. License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Certs REQ: BLS, APHON, PALS. Experience REQ: Monitoring Chemotherapy, administration of Chemotherapy, Pediatric Oncology and MedSurg. Misc. Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case to case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on unit/manager's needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital. Total Staffed Beds: 820. Scrub Color: All RNs - Solid Royal Blue or White top with Royal blue bottoms. Charting: EPIC. Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91 Presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred.
