About The Position
Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, TX Facility: Dell Seton Medical Center Department/Specialty: Observation Schedule: Part-time | Night Shift How you'll make an impact in this role Care Planning: Implement and track customized, evidence-based patient care plans. Condition Monitoring: Record and communicate real-time clinical changes to the care team. Interdisciplinary Lead: Coordinate all disciplines to ensure seamless, holistic patient care. Order Execution: Precisely execute physician and nursing directives with clinical accuracy. Transition Strategy: Manage discharge planning to ensure safe and successful patient transitions.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year Med Surg experience preferred
