About The Position

This role involves assessing, designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing education plans and Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs. The position also serves as a strategic consultant on clinical performance initiatives, advising leadership on optimizing nursing workflows. The nurse will collaborate with leaders and staff to identify clinical education needs, define core competencies, and manage standards for inter-professional programs. Additionally, the role requires tracking learning goal achievements using evidence-based methods to ensure clinical practice aligns with licensure.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities
