About The Position

This role involves delivering Registered Nurse patient care by providing direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. The nurse will coordinate care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support seamless care coordination and effective patient-centered outcomes. Additionally, the role requires performing accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to ensure compliance, support continuity of care, and drive quality improvement. The nurse will also assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and support discharge planning to ensure safe transitions and effective ongoing patient care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Level 3 or 4 NICU

Nice To Haves

Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
