About The Position

St. Anthony North Hospital has been providing healthcare for over 50 years to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn, and Thornton. Our campus features 60,000 square feet of integrated primary and specialty care physician clinics, an ambulatory surgery center, a birthing center with private suites, a Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 emergency services, over 150 inpatient beds, and an outpatient diagnostics center with lab and imaging services. In 2023, we achieved Magnet designation, a prestigious award given to less than 6 percent of hospitals in the U.S. We focus on convenience, wellness, and person-centered care, offering inpatient and outpatient services at one location with an emphasis on preventive health, wellness, and health education. As an RN in our 7-9 bed level 2 NICU, you will care for patients 32 weeks and above, and due to our location, we see all gestations. Our unit is unique as NICU nurses also function in the transition and postpartum roles, fostering a cohesive team. We provide thorough training and support to ensure competence and comfort. Due to the unit's structure and census fluctuations, NICU nurses are expected to cross-train to PP and the transition RN role, with orientation and ongoing support provided.
