About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. Supporting patient goals Ensuring safety guidelines and work practices.
Requirements
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are required.
- Candidates must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency are also required.
- Will consider new graduate nurse
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- BLS required at time of hire
- ACLS required within first 30 days.

- For new to service line- 2 years’ experience PCU/Tele or ICU
