About The Position

Join Baystate Health, Western Massachusetts’ only academic medical center and a 4-time Magnet-designated organization. Be part of a highly supportive Neurosciences team caring for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The unit includes a 37-bed Neuro Acute unit and a 9-bed Neuro Intercare unit, both designated as Magnet for nursing excellence. The focus is on safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain).
• BLS (American Heart Association) required.
• ADN required.
• 1+ year RN experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Experience in neuroscience or neuro-related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caring for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients.
• Practicing with nursing autonomy and shared governance.
