About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Neuro Spine to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, in alignment with Kentucky Nursing Laws and our organizational policies. You will play a critical role in promoting positive patient outcomes, enhancing the quality of care, and contributing to a collaborative professional environment. Active participation in unit-based and hospital shared governance councils is expected to drive change and foster a supportive practice environment.
Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN License required.
- Associate's degree in nursing required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
Responsibilities

- Promoting positive patient outcomes.
- Enhancing the quality of care.

- Continuous neurological assessment.
- Rapid response to seizure activity.
- Medication titration and withdrawal protocols.
- Patient safety monitoring (fall risk, injury prevention during seizures).
